Banggar Bersama Eksekutif Bahas Rancangan Perubahan KUA-PPAS 2025

Banggar and Executive Review Draft Changes to KUA-PPAS 2025

Jakarta Council (DPRD) Budget Committee (Banggar) held a meeting with executive ranks to review draft revision of the General Budget Policy and Temporary Budget Priority Ceiling (KUA-PPAS) for fiscal year 2025 at Jakarta DPRD Plenary Meeting Room, on Friday (7/4).

"... is hopefully pleasing for all Jakartans,"

"We now open the meeting, which is open to the public," said Jakarta DPRD Chairman Khoirudin as he opened the session.

Following that, Jakarta Secretary Marullah Matali explained that the revision of Regional Government Work Plan (RKPD) served as the basis for drafting the revised KUA-PPAS.

The drafting of this document is based on several regulations, including Government Regulation No. 12/2019 on Regional Financial Management and Minister of Home Affairs Regulation (Permendagri) No. 77/2020 on Technical Guidelines for Regional Financial Management.

It also refers to Permendagri No.15/2024 on Guidelines for Drafting the Regional Budget (APBD) 2025 and Jakarta Governor Regulation (Pergub) No. 19/2024 on July 2, 2025, on the Amendment of RKPD 2025.

"The figure in the revised KUA-PPAS draft is hopefully pleasing for all Jakartans, amounting to Rp91.830 trillion. There is an increase of Rp487 billion from the previous revised figure of Rp91.34 trillion," said Marullah.

After discussion with Banggar, the revised KUA-PPAS 2025 draft will move to the commission level for more detailed discussions with executive ranks.
